One chicken breast grilled in some olive oil and minced garlic.
Steamed veggies: half a small head of cabbage, some zucchini, carrots and onions (all thrown into the steaming pot at once).
Fat-free basil vinaigrette dressing, about two tbsp drizzled all over everything.
Threw on a small handful of almonds on top to add some crunch!
It was damn good and so filling! And took less than 20 min to cook ^^.
